SHIPPING
We will ship orders within 24-48 hours (we aim for same day) excluding weekends and holidays.
We ship to the USA and worldwide. All orders are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and include package tracking. We also offer international shipping to most worldwide destinations. Delivery methods and rates offered are based on origination and destination entered during the checkout process and include shipping and handling. All shipments will be issued a tracking number via USPS. This will be emailed directly to you once your package ships.
Please note: If the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we require further information from you to complete your order, we will get in touch promptly via email.
WRAPPING
At Double Dutch Kids we believe that every special item you purchase is a gift so all orders are carefully wrapped in our signature tissue paper, sealed with a Double Dutch Kids sticker.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Payments are processed by Yourpay.com and are 100% secure. All transactions are processed in U.S. dollars.
YOUR PRIVACY
We take your privacy very seriously and will only use your personal information to communicate directly with you, or as required to fulfil your order. Your order is processed through Yourpay, and therefore we do not collect or store any financial information. You will be required to provide your name, credit or debit card number, card expiration date, card verification number, address, phone number and email address. Your purchase information is encrypted during transmission with industry-standard SSL (secure socket layer) technology. To fulfil your order Double Dutch Kids will have access to your address and email. We will use this information to communicate with you about your order, and share your information to third parties (shipping companies) only in relation to servicing you. They are permitted to use your information for the sole purpose of performing their functions to ensure your order is processed and delivered to you. If you wish to subscribe to our mailing list, we use your email address to send you our newsletters. Every communication provides the option to opt out of future correspondence from us, if you wish to do so.
RETURN POLICY
Any item may be returned for credit or refund within 7 days of customer receipt, providing it is in original sale condition with tags attached. We are only able to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, where available. We ask that you pay shipping costs to return an item, and in the case of an exchange, we will ship the replacement item out to you free of charge. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received.
Items must be received by us within 7 days of receiving your return authorization (US orders) and 21 days (International orders). For your protection please return your merchandise by an insured and tracked method. DoubleDutchKids is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit while being returned to us.

COUPONS
Coupon codes must be entered on the shopping bag page prior to checkout. Input the coupon code in the field provided and click 'Apply' and the discount will be reflected in the order sub-total. Only one coupon code or discount may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be applied to drop ship or sale items unless otherwise stated.
